Gulf officials told Reuters on Tuesday that they have suspended the services temporarily though order volumes are unchanged.

After tsunami strikes Japan on Friday around a third of the country's refining capacity of 4.5 million barrels a day (bpd) was at rest and smashed ports in northeastern Japan could remain closed for months.
