One of the victims in the Citibank fraud scheme case has now claimed that the scam was more of an indication of system failure than anything else. Sanjeev Aggarwal, one of the victims of Shivraj Puri in the ponzi scheme, was very disappointed with the way the dealings were ignored from such a high profile bank, Citibank.

The victim further added that the scam also has the top management involved in it including the CEO in US, responsible for it.

The latest Citibank scam is not a small one. As per the reports the approximate value of the scam is around 400 crore. The Reserve Bank of India has also begun with the probe as the prime accused Shivraj Puri has surrendered himself.
