Bajaj Auto To List New Companies On Domestic Exchange In April

Bajaj Auto, India's second-largest motorcycle maker has announced that, it has completed the separation of its finance operations into two newly formed companies. The companies are Bajaj Holding and Investment (BHIL) and Bajaj Finserve (BFL). Company is expecting to list these companies on stock exchange by end of April this year.

A release from the company said Bajaj Auto (BAL) will be renamed BHIL. Under the scheme of demerger, every shareholder in BAL would be entitled to get one equity share each in the new companies.
