Accentia Technologies has announced that the conglomerate is exploring the options to take over few functional companies in various cities in the country.
According to the sources, Accentia Technologies had recently acquired New Jersey-based Oak Technologies, along with its arm, Vasant Scribes, for close to US$ 4 million.
The source further revealed that the conglomerate has also expanded its India presence by opening two new offices - one each in Thiruvananthapuram and Hyderabad.
Mumbai-based, Accentia Technologies Ltd (ATL) has informed that the company has acquired 51% stake in Oak Technologies Inc, USA in an all cash deal.
However, the value of the deal was not disclosed by the company.
ATL provides business process management solutions for the healthcare, financial, and insurance sectors. It offers various business process outsource management (BPOM) solutions, which primarily include professional transcription to medical providers and non-medical companies in the United States and the United Kingdom.
