Bajaj All Set to Launch 4-Seater Quadricycles

While four-seater "quadricycle" was being planned to be brought out by Bajaj Auto since a long time, the company now is ready to launch a total of 5,000 units of the same from its Aurangabad plant.

The vehicle has been codenamed as RE60. As many as 5, 000 units are being planned be rolled out a month to see a good start.

The company told that the government had given it an in-principle go-ahead, but a government-appointed committee's report could only allow them for commercial production. The committee, as per the findings, has been formed so as to define the vehicle's category.

The much awaited electric car, Reva e2o by Mahindra was launched on Wednesday for Bangalore market. One full recharge of this new car by Mahindra Reva Electric Vehicles Private Limited can take you for long 100 kilometers distance.

The car has the seating capacity of four adults. According to Chetan Maini, Reva's Strategy and Technology Chief, the car weighing 830 kg is powered by lithium-ion batteries and is supported by a three-phase electric motor while on automatic mode.

Unveiling a first-of-its-kind `Out-of-Home' (OOH) initiative in India, Canon has recently notched up its standing as a technology innovator by setting up unique neon signage at three international airports in the country.

In a recent announcement, Canon India revealed that it has set up neon signs - which were first put up in 1956 in Times Square - at the International Airports in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
