Myntra - the online fashion and lifestyle products retailer said in a statement that it has acquired FITIQUETTE - San Francisco-based technology platform provider. Though, Myntra has not disclosed the amount yet, but said that the acquisition was partly done by cash and partly done by stock. The company is of the view that technology innovation offered by FITIQUETTE will be able to solve issue of online shoppers related to size and fit.
Kerala-based Chemmanur Fashion Jewellers have deiced to pump Rs 600 crore in the upcoming two years with the aim to spread out its operations across the country as well as overseas.
As per official sources, through the proposed investment the company will introduce 50 new jewellery showrooms in India and abroad.
Sources added that the funding of the project will be done through internal accruals and bank loans.
The conglomerate has also identified proposals to introduce six showrooms in Mumbai.
